I took a short break at Ryvoan, reading the bothy book (which was a new book since my last visit) and recording my passing. Then I continued on my way, northwards - continuing with my policy of traversing the same ground in opposite directions when possible. I had previously come this way in 2004, heading South out of Nethy Bridge.
A gentle stroll through the Highlands of Scotland with the occasional photograph of wonderful sights seen along the way. This blog charts my experiences on the TGO Challenge - the world's premier backpacking event. The Challenge is to plan and execute your own unsupported foot crossing of Scotland, from the West coast to the East coast, and takes place during 15 days each May. Sounds easy? Think again!
