I publish this photo in order to publicly shame the driver of the car with registration SP 64 ZPG. It is not just a question of having parked in a passing place (which is NOT what they are for!) - it is that this is, without a doubt, the most inconsiderate piece of parking I have EVER seen!!
There were livestock lorries working up and down that road, and if two of them had encountered one another along this road they would have NEEDED this passing place. It is a beautiful long, wide passing place which, but for the presence of this inconsiderately parked car, would easily have enabled two lorries to pass one another. But with this car in place ... not a chance!!
And LOOK! If he'd parked a car's width further to the left, the lorries could still have passed. If he'd parked a car's width further to the right, they could still have passed. If he'd parked further forward they could have passed behind him, and if he'd parked further back they could have passed in front of him. There is just about one, and only one, spot in the entire passing place in which a lowly Fiat 500 could park so as to render the passing place completely hors de combat to two livestock lorries trying to pass one another ... and this ignorant [insert opprobrious epithet of choice here] has gone and parked his pathetic little beer crate on wheels RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT!!!
