Woohoo! I've discovered how to add a few little tick boxes at the bottom of each post, to enable readers to record their reactions. Do please use them. I think I've identified the four most likely responses ...

Entry submitted ... and another route

Well, that's my entry form and cheque in the post, heading off to the correct address!

Oh, and I've had to have a rethink about the route, due to the possible need to take a day out mid-Challenge to attend my Union's AGM and dinner in London. So I need to get myself to a station at which I can join the London sleeper the night before, returning on the sleeper from London after attending the dinner.

Mad? Possibly ... for one thing, I won't be able to stay for after-dinner drinks, which tend to continue until about 3 in the morning, since my train will leave Euston at 9.50

Anyway, I think I have a viable route ... Lochailort to St Cyrus with some interesting meanderings along the way. I THOUGHT it might even turn out to be a "high-level" route; but on checking the Munros book, a couple of presumed Munros I intended to take in turn out to be subsidiary tops only. Still, ten Munros in a crossing is a decent haul .. always assuming that the weather is up to it and I feel like going up them all.

Now it's all in the lap of the gods ... and the draw for places!
