The 2014 Challenge, day 9: Dalwhinnie to Ruigh-aiteachain (12)

My line was absolutely spot on; and as soon as the River Tromie came into view, so too did the Tromie dam. Once I had it in sight, it was just a matter of pointing myself at it, and descending the heather-covered hillside. I knew that I could cross the dam, because of course I had walked out and back across it last year, just to make sure that it was available as a crossing point.
