The 2016 Challenge, day 8: All the Way to Blair (4)

As I approached the flyover, I was greeted by a singularly ambivalent scene. The sign said "Road Closed", but the gate was wide open and inviting. Which was telling the truth?

I decided that the "Road Closed" sign probably didn't apply to me ... it probably only applied to motor traffic ... so I carried on, undaunted, under the main road and along beside the river.
