By Loch Moraig, I met some walkers who had just come off the Munros and were loading up their cars. They had a lot of spare fluids with them. I only carry about a litre with me, and I could see that this might be insufficient - for the day was turning out to be bright, sunny and hot. So I begged their spare liquid off them and drank my fill, and then continued on my route.The path up Carn Liath is a bit difficult to miss; and the ascent was simply glorious!
