The 2014 Challenge, day 9: Dalwhinnie to Ruigh-aiteachain (6)

The progress of the construction of the Beauly-Denny power line is evidenced by this "dead" pylon: the old power line south of Dalwhinnie has already been dismantled, and they are now pushing on to the North of Dalwhinnie. This is worth bearing in mind, until the next edition of OS Landranger sheet 42 is published: the pylon lines on the ground no longer correspond with those shown on the map.
