The 2013 Challenge, day 10: On to Braemar! (3)

Mar Lodge was as welcoming as ever. They had had a wedding the day before, and there was plenty of food left over which was all laid out in the gun room and free for the taking. We arrived at lunch time, so we all ate our fill. The picture, then, is a typical Challenge scene: eating food that somebody else has paid for, sat beneath a zebra skin on the wall. That kind of thing happens in Scotland all the time, don't you know?
