The 2013 Challenge, day 4: Glensulaig to the Old Pines (7)

When the squall had passed, I left the shelter of the bridge-keeper's hut and continued on my way; and I had not gone far when a rainbow appeared briefly in the sky ahead of me.

The bridge-keeper had told me of a little path, not shown on the map, which "cuts the corner" to the road at Gairlochy; so I followed this, and soon I was walking the road beside the River Spean, and crossing Bridge of Mucomir.
